Refund Policy

ClimbNRise is committed to providing our clients with high-quality social media marketing and branding services. We understand that there may be times when you need to cancel or reschedule your services. We are committed to providing you with a fair and reasonable refund policy in these situations.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your services, please contact us at support@climbnrise.com or call us at 9426348435 as soon as possible. We will be happy to provide you with a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before the start of your services.

If you cancel within 24 hours of the start of your services, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.

If you cancel on the same day as your services are scheduled to begin, you will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.

Rescheduling Policy

If you need to reschedule your services, please contact us at support@climbnrise.com or call us at 9426348435 as soon as possible. We will be happy to reschedule your services for a different time or date, subject to availability.

If you reschedule your services more than 24 hours before the start of your services, there will be no charge.

If you reschedule your services within 24 hours of the start of your services, you will be charged a 25% rescheduling fee.

Refunds for No-Shows

If you do not show up for your scheduled services, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Exceptions

In some cases, we may be able to provide a refund even if you do not meet the above criteria. This will be decided on a case-by-case basis.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at support@climbnrise.com or call us at 9426348435. Please include your name, contact information, and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund*.

Refunds for Credit Card Transactions

All refunds will be processed to the original credit card used to make the payment. It may take up to 5 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement.
